Refund policy


We know that everyone changes their mind about a purchase from time to time. That's why you have up to 30 days to return an item for a full refund, excluding the cost of returning the item.

To return an item, it must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Items returned to us that have not been requested will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can assess and solve the problem.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

You cannot return certain items including custom products (such as special orders) from the accounts.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, create a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know when and if you will receive a refund. We will only refund the item, not the shipping costs. A processing fee of €3.00 will be charged for your refund to cover the cost.

If it is approved, the amount will be refunded automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.
